The Board of Directors of Unison Behavioral Health is happy to announce the appointment of Tiffany Henderson, current Director of Behavioral Health, as Unison’s new CEO, effective January 1, 2022. Henderson succeeds Dr. Glyn Thomas, who announced his retirement at the end of 2021.

Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work. Tiffany has a commitment to client-focused care with 23 years of experience in non-profit behavioral health in rural, community settings. Tiffany has previously served in several leadership positions at Unison, including Program Manager of the Ware Child & Adolescent Clinic and Director of Outpatient Services. She has proven to be a solution-focused and results-oriented leader, successfully leading behavioral health programs by cultivating client-first, oriented care while carrying out fiscal management of budgets and contracts.

Tiffany has passionately promoted the agency mission by striving to empower employees to achieve a shared vision. She is dedicated to promoting Unison services by advocating to alleviate barriers to care and working closely with community stakeholders for constant support and feedback.
