Join us in celebrating 5 years of Faithful Service with Roger Gillis.  Roger started his career with Unison in 2020 as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) IV with our Intensive Case Management (ICM) team where he worked closely with our ICM clients to meet their individualized goals through case management and skill building services.  In 2022, Roger was promoted to a BHP V after he completed his master’s degree in clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling.
In 2023, he achieved becoming an LAPC (Licensed Associate Professional Counselor) and was promoted to Program Manager for the ICM team.  One year later, he attained becoming fully licensed as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor).   Roger also assists our Co Response Program in Ware with crisis assessments as needed.  In this role as program manager, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication. Under his leadership, the program quickly expanded to serve more than 200 clients, ensuring individuals in our communities received the care and support they needed. Roger consistently goes above and beyond, keeping caseloads full and setting a standard of excellence in service delivery.
