Join us in celebrating 5 years of Faithful Service with Rachael Hodge. She began her career with Unison in 2021 as an Administrative Support II at our Ware Adult Behavioral Health Clinic. Later in 2021, she transitioned to working in our Access Unit. She was soon promoted to Engagement Specialist, a role in which she ensures clients are connected to intakes, supported after hospital discharges, and receive meaningful follow‑up to strengthen engagement. Rachael is also currently lending her skills to the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team, further demonstrating her versatility and commitment to client care. Rachael is
