Doug started his career with Unison in 2016 as Facility Maintenance II where he supported the upkeep and safety of our facilities across our eight counties. In 2023, he was promoted to Facility Maintenance Supervisor, where he now oversees the management of Unison’s facilities and fleet operations. Doug is known for his unwavering dedication to the agency and his ability to find practical, cost‑saving solutions that benefit the entire organization. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our buildings and vehicles remain safe, functional, and welcoming for staff and clients. His strong work ethic, teamwork, and positive attitude are frequently recognized by his peers, who describe him as dependable, collaborative, and a pleasure to work with.
