Join us in celebrating 20 years of Faithful Service with Patrica Nesmith. In 2006, Patricia started her career with Unison as a full time House Parent in the Oakwood Group Home where she worked closely with our Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) clients to integrate them in the community. In 2007, she received her Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, further strengthening her ability to provide high-quality care. In 2021, Patricia transferred to our Kerrigan Group Home, where she continues to serve our IDD clients with the same dedication and compassion she has demonstrated throughout her career. She is described as an inspiration—deeply committed to Unison and to the individuals we support. Patricia consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients are well cared for and enjoys creating meaningful opportunities for them to engage in the community.
