In 2019, he transitioned into a full‑time role as Systems Administrator, and in 2020 he was promoted to IT Director, a position in which he continues to hold today. As IT Director, Blake oversees the agency’s technology operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, ensuring that our systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with Unison’s strategic goals. He is a member of Unison’s Senior Management Team and is widely recognized for his steady leadership and calm presence—no matter how complex or high‑stakes the technical challenge may be.
