Join us in celebrating 10 years of Faithful Service with Lisa Murphy. Lisa began her career with Unison in 2016 as a Billing Specialist in the Revenue Department, where she was responsible for processing claims and completing insurance and authorization verifications. In November 2018, she transitioned to a Case Manager/BHP IV with Ware Community Support (CS) in the Residential Program, serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In this role, she initially provided oversight for Host Home providers and case management for Host Home clients. Her responsibilities later expanded to include oversight of all Community Residential Alternative clients within Ware CS. Lisa works closely with Host Home providers, group homes, and external support coordination to ensure that every IDD client on her caseload receives consistent, compassionate, and comprehensive support. Her heart for service is evident in the care she provides to both clients and coworkers. She communicates promptly with staff regarding healthcare plans, behavioral needs, and training updates, and she brings a positive, steady presence that strengthens teamwork and enhances the quality of care for those we serve.
