Join us in celebrating 35 years of Faithful Service with Michelle Simpson. Michelle began her career with Unison in 1991, as an Instructional Aide at the Ware County Service Center focusing on our Intellectual and Developmental Disability Services. Later that same year, she was promoted to Accounting Technician I, marking the start of a dedicated career in Unison’s financial operations. Over the years, Michelle continued to advance becoming a Billing Specialist in 2002, Accountant I in 2005, Financial Operations Generalist in 2012, and ultimately Billing Specialist Supervisor in 2013, a role she continues to hold today. Throughout her tenure, Michelle has brought a wealth of experience and insight to Unison’s billing and financial operations. She is known for her deep understanding of revenue processes, meticulous attention to detail, and steadfast commitment to supporting both the agency and her colleagues. Her professionalism and willingness to help others navigate complex billing and accounting challenges have made her an invaluable member of our team.
