Join us in celebrating 30 years of Faithful Service with Stephonie Goddard. Stephonie began her career in 1995 as a part‑time Human Services Technician with our Day Services program in Coffee County. Later that same year,  she transitioned to Satilla Mental Health as a part‑time Job Coach.  In 1996, she was promoted to Human Services Technician, Senior at Ware Mental Health. Stephonie continued to grow in her career, earning a promotion to Social Services Technician III in 2000, followed by a promotion to Behavioral Health Provider II in 2002. In 2006, she stepped into the role of Interim Manager for Ware Adult Behavioral Health Services and later appointed the position. In 2008, Stephonie began coordinating, training, and supervising substance abuse counselors for the Waycross Judicial Circuit Drug Court. Her leadership and expertise led to another promotion in 2010, when she became the Accountability Court Program Manager, a role in which she continues to make a profound impact. 

Stephonie exemplifies what it means to serve with love, passion, and unwavering dedication. Her commitment to the clients and staff is evident in everything she does. She brings compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to see individuals succeed and build better lives. Stephonie has developed strong partnerships with court systems throughout the surrounding counties. Her ability to collaborate, communicate, and build trust with judges, court personnel, treatment providers, and community partners has strengthened the impact of the Accountability Court program.  Stephonie never loses sight of the people at the heart of the work. Her passion for helping clients, supporting staff, and partnering with the courts is a true reflection of her character and commitment.
