At Unison BH, we have a STAR-LET AWARD that allows supervisors and coworkers to nominate employees who are positive role models within the work unit.
OUR STARLET WINNER FOR JULY IS:
Codi Bennett
Douglas Center and group homes did not have any water due to a city
issue with the water system. On Friday, July 8th, Coffee CS
staff arrived to work and discovered the water was off. Cody was able to
make arrangements for Coffee clients to receive services at the Bacon
Center for the day. She set up a projector, and they enjoyed a movie and
pizza day. This allowed the agency to provide CAG services and
generate daily revenue. Clients and staff of Coffee CS seemed to
enjoy the day. A stressful situation was turned into a fun event. After
the center, the group home clients can utilize the Bacon CS
showers due to continued utility outages.”
