Join us in celebrating 5 years of Faithful Service with Alyssa Deal. Alyssa started her career with Unison in 2020 serving clients in Brantley and Charlton counties as a Case Manager working to help clients progress towards achieving their goals. She later began providing therapy services, as well. Alyssa is a graduate of our second Shine class in 2023 and during the same year she was promoted to Program Manager for our Clubhouse programs where she continues to serve in the role of Clubhouse Program Manager. Alyssa diligently leads the program to support children and families coping with mental health challenges by ensuring that the clubhouse provides educational supports, employment services, peer support, family engagement, social activities and other initiatives geared to engage and support youth. In 2024, Alyssa achieved completing her master’s in social work. Alyssa is passionate about the Clubhouse program and wants to make an impact with our youth, which is reflected through her work in offering creativity to programing and the promotion of these important services. Alyssa is described as having good leadership skills and a teachable spirit. Thank you, Alyssa, for your dedication to your important role in helping us achieve our mission.
