Annsley began her career with Unison in June 2021 as a Health Service Technician III at the St. Illa Crisis Stabilization and Temporary Observation Units. Just one month later, she earned her Registered Nurse license and was promoted to RN II, quickly demonstrating her strong clinical skills and commitment to high‑quality care. In 2022, Annsley advanced to the role of RN Shift Supervisor, where she continues to excel today. In this position, she provides steady leadership to unit staff, oversees daily operations, and ensures that services are delivered safely, efficiently, and with compassion. Annsley’s dedication, strength, and exceptional work ethic have made a meaningful and lasting impact on the units.
