Join us in celebrating 30 years of Faithful Service with Betty Dean. Betty started her career with Unison in 1996 as a Health Service Tech at Unison’s Ware Day Program where she continues to serve today. In 1997, she was promoted to Social Service Technician and two years later promoted to Social Services Technician Senior. In 2025, she was promoted to a Behavioral Health Professional III. Throughout her 30-year career at Unison, Betty has faithfully served in the same program where she continues to work closely with our adult day program clients in reaching their goals through group and individual skills training. Throughout the years, Betty has remained a valued team member, demonstrating dedication to the clients and coworkers she serves. Her positive attitude, strong communication, and commitment to serving others have made a lasting difference at Ware Day Services and in the lives of the many clients she has supported throughout the years.
