Callie began her career with Unison in 2021 as a Client Support Specialist II at the Peachtree Group Home and transitioned in 2022 to a part‑time Client Support Aid, continuing her dedicated work with the Peachtree team. In this role, she supports our Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) clients by meeting their daily needs, fostering community integration, and helping them work toward their individual goals. Callie is known for her loyalty, strong work ethic, and genuine commitment to those she serves. She has found a meaningful balance between motherhood and her responsibilities as a full‑time house parent, becoming a dependable and valued asset to both her team and our clients.
