Join us in celebrating 5 years of Faithful Service with Cathy Downing. Cathy started her career with Unison in 2020 as an RN Supervisor for our St Illa Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) and Temporary Observation Unit (Temp Obs). In 2021, she transitioned into the role of Interim Nurse Manager for St Illa CSU and Temp Obs and shortly thereafter became the Nurse Manager where she continues to serve and excel. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of both units, supports staff, ensures quality client care standards, manages budgets, and implements policies to achieve the unit’s goals. Cathy demonstrates steadfast loyalty and commitment to our mission, clients and staff. She is described as a shining example of what it means to serve with integrity and purpose.
