Join us in celebrating 5 years of Faithful Service with Cecilia Ferreira. She began her career with Unison in 2021 as a part-time Support Service Worker at Coffee CS, where she continues to serve. Cecilia is truly an invaluable team member at Coffee CS. Not only is she the first person you see when you enter the building or talk to when you call us on the phone, she is also responsible for managing our safety drills and overseeing client financial records. When asking her peers to describe her in one word they said Cecilia is “Radiant, Conscientious, Altruistic and Genuine.” She starts each day by greeting everyone with a smile and a kind “good morning” and she always takes the time to say goodbye before leaving. No matter how busy her day may be or what responsibilities she must complete, she never makes anyone feel rushed or overlooked. The clients light up when they see her because they know she will take the time to listen, share a moment with them, and make them feel important. Cecilia is appreciated for her effort to brighten everyone’s day, improve the client’s financial record keeping process and strengthening our Safety Program.
