Join us in celebrating 5 years of Faithful Service with Debron Williams. Debron began her career with Unison in 2021 as a part time Vehicle Operator at Ware Community Support (CS) where she safely transported our Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) clients to the center and on other meaningful trips within the community. After a month, she was promoted to a part time Client Support Aid continuing to support our IDD clients to meet their individualized goals. In 2025, she transitioned to full time in the same role and later promoted to a Client Support Aid II. She has also obtained her Direct Support Professional (DSP) II certification. Her creativity helps to engage clients in crafts and extends to decorating the IDD program areas each holiday with the help of our clients. Debron works closely with the clients to develop activities they are interested in and tailors the monthly activity calendars based on their interests.
