Join us in celebrating 10 years of Faithful Service with Jason Wilkerson. Jason started his career with Unison in 2015 as a part time Houseparent at our Peachtree Group Home where he served our Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) clients. In 2016, he was promoted to a Case Manager with our Intensive Case Management (ICM) team working closely with adults with mental health challenges reach their individualized goals. Jason received his Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certification in 2017 and was promoted to Program Coordinator at Coffee Behavioral Health where he led our Peer Support program. In 2020, Jason was promoted to Quality and Compliance Specialist in our Quality Improvement (QI) Department and a year later was promoted to the manager of the department. Jason accepted new duties to lead the Ware Day Services program in addition to his role as QI manager. He also leads our Quality Management Team (QMT), provides supervision to the Unison CPS staff, and serves as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT). We appreciate Jason for going above and beyond, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and a strong dedication to quality in his work.
