LaBronda started her career with Unison in 2021 as a Health Service Specialist (HSS) III at St. Illa Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) where she continues to serve today. As a HSS III, she plays a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Her dedication to keeping the unit stocked, organized, and operating smoothly helps ensure quality care every day. She is also known for her thoughtful work in maintaining inspiring and uplifting bulletin boards that encourage hope and healing for our clients. She is a valuable team member who works well with others, communicates effectively, and is always willing to assist coworkers to ensure quality client care and smooth unit operations.
