Join us in celebrating 5 Years of Faithful Service with Lakisha Anderson. Lakisha started her career with Unison in 2020 as a part time Community Support Aide at Ware Community Support (CS) where she worked closely with our Intellectual & Developmental Disability (IDD) clients assisting them in achieving their individualized goals. In 2021, she was promoted to a Client Support Specialist (CSS) II where she continues to work at Ware CS with our IDD clients. Lakisha is described as a hard worker and valued member of the Ware CS team. She is very hands on and does a great job with her reliability and dedication. Lakisha is patient and very good at coaching clients on a variety of topics while breaking down the tasks step by step for her clients.
