Join us in celebrating 5 years of Faithful Service with Loudella Franklin. Loudella started her career with Unison in 2021 as a part time Client Support Aid for Bacon Community Support where she worked one on one with our Intellectual and Developmental Disability (IDD) client. Later in the year, she was promoted to full time Client Support Specialist II and continued to work with our IDD clients in Bacon but transitioned to leading the Community Access Groups at the center. Loudella is described as a pleasure to work with, and she is reliable. She treats all clients with respect and care, including providing special treats at times. She enjoys a good laugh and if she sees a client down, she will find out what is bothering them and cheer them up. Loudella does a great job encouraging her clients to achieve their goals.
