In this role, she provides essential support to our IDD clients, coordinating medical care, and ensuring their needs are met with consistency and compassion. Sharanda is known as a true asset to the team—dedicated, dependable, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our clients receive the highest quality care. She communicates promptly with staff regarding medication changes and brings a positive, steady presence that strengthens teamwork and supports those we serve.
