All residents of Georgia are invited to participate in a statewide survey to improve the lives of people with mental illnesses, addictive diseases, and intellectual/developmental disabilities and to strengthen community efforts in prevention and early intervention.  The survey is anonymous, free, brief, and open until April 15, 2019. The English version is at www.surveymonkey.com/r/GeorgiaNeeds. The Spanish version is at www.surveymonkey.com/r/spGeorgiaNeeds. The goal is to collect 8,000 responses representing all 159 Georgia counties. This survey is coordinated by the Regional Advisory Councils of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities.
