Unison Behavioral Health recognizes the importance of investing in the development of the agency’s leadership. As a driving force for continuous performance and quality improvement Unison’s Senior Management is committed to a learning environment. As part of the strategic planning process for Fy2016, the Unison Leadership Academy was created.
The FY2016 Leadership Academy was kicked off on August 11, 2015 with MTM Services’ Michael Flora presenting on Leadership Fundamentals. Fifty two of Unison’s front line supervisors, middle managers and directors learned about topics such as, Mastering Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace, Customer Service, Accountability, Developing and Managing KPIs, and Engagement.
Further leadership development will continue throughout the year and will encompass topics including, but not limited to:
