Please join us in welcoming Samira as the new Clinch County Program Manager!
Samira brings a wealth of experience in community mental and behavioral health. She began her career working with adolescents in home-based settings and later supported children at an alternative school for those experiencing behavioral challenges. She also provided cost-free mental health services and psychoeducation to individuals experiencing homelessness.
In addition, Samira spent seven years as a university professor, training master’s-level marriage and family therapy students and interns. Most recently, she served as the Clinical Team Lead at a high-volume crisis center, where she gained valuable experience supporting individuals in acute mental health crisis.
Samira specializes in marriage and family therapy and has a deep commitment to working with underserved populations. As a native Spanish speaker, she is especially passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community.
We are thrilled to have her join the Unison family and look forward to the impact she will make in her new role. Congratulations, Samira, and welcome aboard!
