Stacey brings 16 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and a strong commitment to supporting others through every stage of life. She began her career as a house parent, DSP, support coordinator, instructor, and later served as a Residential Services Coordinator for many years. Stacey also gained experience as an Assistant Speech and Language Pathologist with the Liberty County School System, supporting adolescents with speech and language barriers. She went on to serve as a Purchasing Assistant for the U.S. Marine and Naval bases, further broadening her professional expertise.
In addition to her career experience, Stacey has pursued extensive education in human services and leadership. She holds a B.A. in Human Services and an M.S. in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on group therapy, organizational leadership, and rebuilding family dynamics. She is currently working toward her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and plans to become a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
Beyond her professional roles, Stacey is the founder of Lady Soar Mentorship Program, an initiative designed to empower and equip young women and girls to reach their fullest potential. Her passion for helping others grow and thrive is the driving force behind her work, and she describes this field as one of her greatest joys.
